How many places have you lived in your life?
Hmm, that's a good question. For starters, all of the places I've lived have been in California. I love it here. <3 Let's see... when I was basically too young to remember it, I lived in a small place with my mom and dad in Corte Madera up near Christmas Tree Hill. We then moved elsewhere in Corte Madera (near the freeway) when they won some sort of house lottery. My parents divorced after that, and my sister and I wound up moving in with my future stepfather in Mill Valley. I basically grew up there.
When I graduated from high school, I moved down to San Diego State University to live in the dorms for a year. After returning home, I started working... and moved in to my friend Justin's home in Larkspur (at the base of Mount Tamalpais) for a while. At some point, I then moved in to another place in Corte Madera with my best friend Jordan from high school. His girlfriend moved in with us later on. After that, I moved in with my grandfather to stay in the area and help him out with the rent (and save some money, too).
At some point, I moved to San Rafael to live with my former friend Tarn. Man, living with that guy sucked after the first year... he's the only roommate I ever had who stole from me. ._. There really is no feeling like catching a guy you live with going through your wallet. I then moved in with my friend Jordan, who was kind enough to basically let me stay with him while I looked for work in the area. At some point, I also moved in to an apartment right next door to the place that I lived with Tarn, with my friend Newcomb. That sucked too. :(
Later on, I moved in to a place in Pleasant Hill with a good friend from a previous job named John. I wound up moving back in with Jordan in San Rafael after that, then moved back in with John once again after he moved to Santa Clara... who I still live with today. We're both probably going to move again very soon, mainly as a result of the apartment complex that we live in being purchased and soon to be renovated in to condominiums. I'm sure that I left some stuff out of this, but... well, that's a total of 12 places.
